The Gleez Development Process

Once the Development Proposal has been agreed upon, we will implement the step-by-step Gleez Development Process to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of your project. Gleez considers open communication the most important factor in our business relationships. With this in mind, please review our Development Process steps:

Step 1: Confirmation of your goals, and our understanding of such. This conference will ensure clear understanding of your vision and our plan to accomplish this.

Step 2: Development Definition based on information and materials you have provided. Your new content management system will need to be mapped out, according to what you have submitted to us (information, miscellaneous content, images, etc.) - If you have requested the Gleez Team to utilize an existing website and content, your specific changes and alterations shall be submitted during this step.

Step 3: Site Development - Depending on the size of your project, we will outline several stages of site development that may include user interface design, wireframing and bug testing. Once we have a fairly solid product we deliver it to you as a beta, which is simply the test-site.

Step 4: Beta Delivery and Testing - At this point in time, we will deliver your site to you for testing. Depending on the size of your project, you'll have a certain window of time in which to evaluate the beta we deliver. Your feedback in this stage will be collected and prioritized. Based on your feedback, we'll make necessary changes and get your site ready for its final launch.

Step 5: Site Delivered for Final Review - After you have tested your new system, and are fully satisfied, we will transfer a fully-functional website to your preferred server where your site will be live.
Gleez then offers 1-month of free support to you and/or your designated 'WebMaster'.
